Fujifilms enters into the European cosmetics and personal care market

Fujifilm is expanding beyond the Asian market with the launch of its skin care line in Europe, planned for February 2012.

The Astalift skin care line was launched in the domestic market of Japan four years ago, followed by the China market in 2010. According to Fujifilm the launches have been extremely well received in those markets, encouraging it to now branch out into Europe.

Fujiflim will co-ordinate the launch of the line from its European headquarters in Dusseldorf, Germany, and is expecting to roll out the line in the major western European markets during the course of next year, starting with Germany, UK, France and Spain.
