The joint venture between DKSH and Indena is said to be part of Indena’s strategy to expand its global presence in the cosmetic market and both companies will work to provide the Chinese market with the products and services they are known for.
“We are pleased to support Indena’s expansion plans by leveraging on our blanket coverage across China. Their portfolio will be beneficial to our customers both in the conventional personal care area and in the ‘green’ cosmetic sector,” says DKSH representative, Cori Diaz.
Meanwhile, Idena's Head of Personal Care, Stefano Togni says they are glad to be working with DKSH, as they believe the company has a well-established infrastructure and capillary distribution network throughout Asia.
"This partnership is a further expansion of our existing collaboration with DKSH. Together, we expect to consolidate and broaden our customer’s portfolio in China."
