Works with Water Nutraceuticals revamps business strategy to cash in on supplement demand
After identifying significant growth opportunities across export markets and online, ‘Works with Water Nutraceuticals’ has completely revamped its skin supplement range in an effort to drive sales and brand awareness.

The supplement supplier is now focused on enhancing its’ packaging formats and formulations to cater to increasing demand in the UK and Asia.

According to founder Jules Birch, the company was surprised by the increasing volume of orders from Chinese students living in the UK and upped its game to cater to that demographic whilst also looking into expanding onto the Asian markets on the back of this success.

With this new direction in mind, Works with Water Nutraceuticals has secured a new investor deal with solution specialist Dee Set Retail, which now has a 50% stake in the business and will be involved in growing the brand at home and abroad.

“As a company, we specialise in retail logistics, merchandising and fulfillment and our expertise in this field has put us in a great position to invest in up and coming brands that we know we can add value to," says Dee Set CEO Ian Andrews on signing up to the venture.

Beauty from within range

The brands' skin purifying supplements; 'help: clear skin', and 'help: clear skin MEN', have been repackaged and reformulated and will be available on the revamped company website from August 1st.

The products now contain PravENAC, which is rich in Lactoferrin, a bioactive milk protein which Birch says has been proven to reduce acne by reducing the sebum as well as inflammation and repairing damaged skin cells.

Both also feature new packaging formats with clearer nutritional information, making it easy for customers to understand how the products will benefit their complexion.

Expanding into Asia

Birch has also signed an exclusive export agreement with Hong Kong-based 'Breakthrough Frontiers Enterprise', who specialise in bringing European nutraceutical products to the Asian market.

The range will be launched in China, Hong Kong, The Philippines and Macau.

“This [demand] led us to explore opportunities with distributors in Asia and although it took over 18 months research to secure the right export partner, we can now announce we will be launching in Hong Kong and the Republic of China this August, which is an exciting milestone for our business,” the founder concludes.
