According to DSM, along with these certifications, the new listing in China will help Alpaflor to reach a wider platform around the globe.
The company has been cultivating plants and flowers at high altitude in the Swiss Alps to the standards of Bio Suisse for more than a decade.
Last year, DSM presented in vitro and in vivo findings on Alpaflor Edelweiss, which showed 3 out of 4 consumers with sensitive skin to have a more comfortable skin feel after only 1 month of using the cream containing 3% of the substance.
