The regulation of anti-ageing hair care products can throw up many hurdles for manufacturers, and many of these challenges are the same as those for the anti-ageing skin care category.
Angela, who is a lawyer and shareholder at Kronick, Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard, will drill down on the latest FDA regulations governing this area, pointing out the type of challenges that will have to be overcome when making any kind of physiological claims.
In particular, Angela will also delve into the important area of hair loss claims, to throw more light on this tightly regulated area, as well as discussing what is going on with respect to the latest regulation moves in California, a state that remains one step ahead of the game.
Donna Barson
As senior associate for consumer products at market researcher Kline Group, Donna’s job is to know which type of product is currently in demand and why.
She will drill down on the latest Kline research to share with the audience who the target audience is for anti-ageing hair care products and why, and exactly what type of solutions they are looking for.
Donna will be answering all-important questions such as whether consumers are looking for purely cosmetic solutions or solutions that provide physiological changes, and what are the most effective solutions currently available on the market.
