Bulldog Skincare sponsors Ji-sung Park

As footballer Ji-Sung Park “becomes man’s best friend”, Bulldog Skincare introduces its celebrity influencer to its consumer base.

Following its rapid growth in South Korea over the past six years, Bulldog Skincare has gained considerable popularity since first unveiling its brand in 1100 Olive Young stores in 2012.

Initiative support

After describing itself as the number one selling men’s lotion and men’s cleanser in Olive Young, Bulldog is now focusing on its marketing strategy through adopting a celebrity influencer as it supports the footballer's recent sports-based community initiative.

Bulldog Skincare has now teamed up with famous footballer, Ji-sung Park, as the prestigious male grooming brand is supporting Park’s Football Foundation in Suwon, the hometown of Park in South Korea.

The vegan-friendly skin care brand is certified by Cruelty Free International. By avoiding the use of artificial colours, synthetic fragrances or ingredients from animal sources, it now seeks to build up its reputation by teaming up with Ji Sung Park.

Skin care sponsorship

Ji Sung Park set up the JS Foundation to donate profits from various businesses into countries, organisations, and institutions in the Southeast Asia region and internationally. It prioritises those countries that suffer from rough football infrastructure. Park first set up this initiative to help aspiring young footballers in Korea move forward in their sporting careers.

On 22nd April, Bulldog Skincare For Men sponsored a friendly match between academy members and Vietnam. Bulldog featured its LEDs on the pitch, along with its selection of product samples to introduce players and supporters to its male skin care name.

“As a football fan, I’ve admired Park since he was at Manchester United. He made a huge impact in Britain and I hope that working with him, Bulldog can make a similar impact in South Korea,” explained Simon Duffy, Founder of Bulldog Skincare For Men.

Ji-sung Park is known internationally, having previously played for Manchester United. He was the first Asian player to have won the UEFA Champions League and the FIFA Club World Club.
