in-cosmetics Group unveils new membership club for R&D professionals community

On 24th May 2018, the in-cosmetics Group, run by Reed Exhibitions, announced it has set up an exclusive club for research and development professionals.

A reliable source for formulation knowledge and expertise, the community will provide R&D industry members around the world with up to date information.

R&D club

The in-cosmetics Group reveals details relating to the launch of its new initiative. The newly-established R&D Club will offer cosmetic chemists from the international beauty arena additional opportunities to learn and network with fellow professionals.

Since its very first exhibitions 29 years ago, the popular and global in-cosmetics brand will provide a series of free online training modules and a digital platform to those individuals belonging to the club.

This will enable members to share best practices and will help international cosmetic chemists develop their formulation skills and influence scientific advancement.

Leading experts

The membership is free to join and members exploring the R&D club will be given exclusive access to leading expert insights from around the globe. These will include Belinda Carlisle from the Institute of Personal Care Science; Barbara Olioso from The Green Chemist and Asian regulations luminary Dr Alain Khaiat, via a closed LinkedIn Group.

In upcoming months, other industry names will be joining the community to generate engagement and build relationships through encouraging debate and solution finding to help cosmetic chemists pursue and develop their knowledge.

Global membership

Members joining the R&D Club will also receive discounted entry to in-cosmetics Global’s workshops and the group’s popular autumn Formulation Summit event in London, UK. They will also contain fast-track entry and privileged access to Formulation Labs at global in-cosmetics events.

“With the cosmetic industry being so fast-paced, it is important that the in-cosmetics brand evolves,” noted Cathy Laporte, Senior Exhibition Director at the in-cosmetics Group.

“The club will provide a platform for R&D teams to have a trusted resource for all their questions and enjoy special benefits at our events to help them fulfil their role with maximum convenience.”

Club membership is exclusively granted to R&D staff working for cosmetic and contract manufacturers, along with private labels.
